The Waterfrontier of Breda is a design for the area of Havenkwartier in Breda, this was my first assignment at Breda University of Applied Sciences.
This design is mainly focused on reforming the area to a different type of usage, from being an industrial site to mixed use neighbourhood close to the city center.
Creating a place where not only people can live but also can work and have a place for leisure. Besides that the design aims at giving home to people from different ages, genders and different incomes.
